Do not hesitate to book this place!! The flat is just perfect for a single person or couple and Francesco and Giuliana are the best, most kind, and lovely hosts while always respecting your privacy. I fell in love with their dog, Pepe, and the myriad of cats that were around to say hello. The flat itself is super clean and well-equipped. Everything you could need is there. The wifi was solid enough for video calls too, if you're working remote. The environment is so tranquil, it was a luxury to come back to after day trips out to different towns and spots in Tuscany (but also to note very well-suited if you want to visit Siena, Montepulciano, Florence, etc. Only 30 min - 1.5 hour drive for all of these places.) Francesco and Guiliana are beyond wonderful, and you can tell their bee farm (and delicious honey!) is a lifelong act of love and care for their environment and guests.

It was a lovely stay in Paul's and Lucia place, location is amazing, just 5min walk to the Colosseum. The apartment is divided in 2 floors, ground floor where is dining area and kitchen and floor below where is bed located together with bathroom. It is really nicely decorated and modern, from time to time can be a bit humid but both floors are equiped with new air condition units so humidity is not an issue at the end. Although area is located in the center, it is very silent so sleep is not affected. I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the good location and great hospitality!

My husband, son and I stayed at this place and it was the best decision we made because not only was the place as described, but the location is amazing. It took me a minute to get to Trevi Fountain and a couple to the Spanish steps. Had amazing food nearby. Got everything I wanted in a very close distance. In the past we have stayed so far but this is our go to place and we would definitely come back. Daniele was also very responsive and cordial. Thanks for everything and I do recommend this place 100%!

Great location just steps away from a beach. The place had everything we needed! It was in a smaller quieter village along the coast about a 40 minute hike up to Taormina. It was incredibly beautiful, but definitely wear proper footwear and bring a bottle of water.
