Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Haus Marianne

12 Minuten oder 9 km vom Bodensee entfernt liegt unser gemütliches Landhaus mit großem Garten am Hang über Stockach-Zizenhausen. Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

Distance to the lake/landing place about a 12-minute walk, to the train station about a 10-minute walk. Pick-up from the train possible. Bus stop/city bus right outside the door.

Apartment Luise

Spacious apartment in the guest house of the former Hotel Heidenhöhlen (on the 2nd floor) with sunset terrace. Unique view of Lake Überling with the rock formation of the former heath caves in the foreground. Located only 40 meters from the lake and the entrance to the new Uferpark West, on the edge of the landscape reserve. Lake Constance-Therme is a 10-minute walk away. Full kitchen-living room and 50" TV. Therme train station is 1 km away, bus stop is right in front of the house.

Bodensee, Sipplingen

Genieße einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt mit Blick auf den Bodensee in Sipplingen. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Wasser und am ersten Restaurant. Sipplingen hat eine wunderschöne Strandbar und mehrere Restaurants. Am Wasser gibt es einen SUP Verleih und ein Beachvolleyballfeld. Handtücher, Fön, Bettwäsche, Heißluftfrittöse, Kaffeevollautomat, Kühl-Gefrierschrank sind in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Wichtig: absolute Nichtraucher- Wohnung!

The apartment consists of a large living room with a new built-in kitchen. This is spaciously furnished. In this room there is a corner couch, which can be used as a sofa bed, and a dining table. The living room is bright and leads directly to a Mediterranean terrace with seating, sun loungers and a grill. View of the lake and the Alps. The bedroom consists of a double bed and a built-in closet. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Children are welcome.

Our apartment OASE LEBENSKUNST is quietly, idyllically and yet centrally located with its own garden. We are about 400 meters away from the attractive Lake Constance thermal spa and Westbad, about 500 meters from the Therme train station and about 800 meters from the city center. With us you will find your ideal retreat. On request, we also offer interesting hikes - gladly paired with hiking coaching. We also welcome the LGBTIQ* community

Quietly located apartment

The property is located in a single-family house on the outskirts of Überlingen overlooking the countryside. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from the centre. The closest bus station can be reached in a minute. Apartment has one bedroom, living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. You will benefit from free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and nearby free parking. Hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity.

Lake view and direct forest access

The modern and spacious apartment offers two guests with approx. 110 m² enough space to unwind, read a book, sit in the sun or simply switch off. With direct forest access, lake view and 5 min walk to the lake, the apartment offers pure relaxation. High, large windows bring plenty of daylight into the apartment, the south-facing terrace invites you to linger, the view of the lake, forest and garden brings peace and privacy.
