Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The apartment is located in Tarvisio Città (center), a beautiful and quiet location with a shared garden and parking. The ski slopes are a five-minute walk away, close to the bike path, the bus station is a five-minute walk away and the train station (2 km).

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
