The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. This special place has its own style. The old parlor, historic beds and lights, 2 wood stoves, an old porch with dining area, parquet floors and a large garden with old fruit trees make a stay a special experience. Clay plastered interior walls, underfloor and wall heating as well as covered car parking spaces offer the appropriate comfort. The entire high ground floor of the building with almost 100 m² is for rent. New in 2025: New oven and sink!
