The apartment is in the old town (city) and has a private terrace. In winter, the underfloor heating is pleasant. In summer, individual air conditioning is available (built-in air conditioning). The elevator provides convenient access. The old town is at your feet with lots of nightlife and culture, just walk. Within walking distance of the train station (about 10 minutes)
