There is a work area, a fully equipped kitchen with a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a comfortable new sofa bed. In addition, there is a hallway and a small bathroom. The apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from the main station Biberach and from the city center and is located on the so called "Lindele", a hill over Biberach. The company Boehringer Ingelheim ist near and good to reach.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet.  In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate.  In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the first floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a relax sofa. The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.

"Cozy apartment with terrace" The new apartment, lovingly furnished by us with one bedroom and a sofa bed (in the living and kitchen area), fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom, is about ten minutes walk from the train station and approx. 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, in the Biberach district "Talfeld". 2 minutes' walk away is an EDEKA market with a bakery.
