Monthly Rentals in Unicoi

It was a great place to stay with family. There were so many compliments for the house and for Dwight.

I loved staying here with my two kids. We enjoyed the natural park nearby and had fun playing in the large yard. I enjoyed waking up each morning with coffee on the front porch looking at the mountains. We took the advice from a map and did the sill branch hike to a waterfall! So beautiful!

My wife and I could not be happier. When I needed something for a week while working on some property we just acquired, this fit the bill--literally. It is an amazing place and a great location to unwind after working outdoors all day. Ed and Janice are extremely responsive and the general store, with its honor system, was perfect when we needed firewood or a late night soft drink. The view is stunning. The facilities are incredible. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay--this is it.

Lorraine and Allen's place is great. It has great amenities at a good price in a beautiful region. I like that I can walk to a nice park and also get groceries at a larger grocery store. Allen and Lorraine are responsive and considerate.
