The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but can use the garden/fireplace. The bathroom and kitchen must be shared with 2 other people

Welcome in our beautiful Villa. We rent one Room with a Bed for 2. Enjoy the garden and Swimmingpool (only heated in summer) after Sightseeing or Business. With the public transport it takes about 20 mins to Zurich HB or Zurich Airport (you have to change once). You will find details of public transport on the Homepage of SBB, the public transport organisation in Switzerland. They have also a great App for your phone. We rent another room for 2 persons (seperately ad).

The house is in a romantic village that is in a valley. The location is central and the bus ,shopping centers are 5 minutes away. In 10 minutes is the lake where you can swim. Various hiking trails are also nearby and you are away from traffic and can enjoy the peace and countryside. In winter there is also a ski lift. In the village it is quiet , there are still different possibilities if you want to go to the exit. The nearest town is 20 minutes away by bus.

This apartment has roughly 50 square meters and is split into a hallway leading straight into the living room. The living room is integrated with the dining area and followed by a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom provides a comfortable queen sized bed for 2 and the couch is ideal for a relaxed evening or afternoon. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
