Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Upper Bavaria

Nice stay. Instructions were very clear. The apartment was nice and very clean. Thanks again for the early check in. We definitely enjoyed our visit.

The house is comfortable and very well located. It is close to a supermarket, a Turkish fast food restaurant, a barbershop and a small bar where you can have a beer. On foot you reach the zoo, the botanical garden, a large natural park with its Biergarten. The whereabouts of the tram are very close and with it you reach the city center in a few minutes. The house is beautiful, clear and well equipped. The bedroom with its double bed is very comfortable. The sofa bed in the dining room is fine for a short stay. For a long stay, like ours for 2 months, we would have wanted a more robust sofa. The bathroom with tub is mu nice and additionally has a clothes washer. The kitchen has everything we need. The hosts Irene and Tim were always very friendly and communication with them was very easy in both German and Spanish.

The place is really very spacious and has plenty of space. Everything was very clean and tidy and very nicely prepared. We felt very comfortable and unbeatable especially for the price for so many people. Only small note: A majority of the beds are sofa beds. For a longer period of time, it is not so suitable for sensitive backs.

Great apartment in an awesome location.

Really great apartment in a beautiful house in a very upscale and quiet location in Augsburg. Absolute privacy! All shops serving daily needs, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. The apartment is exclusive, absolutely clean and well equipped - everything was really thought of. Netflix and Amazon Prime included Board games available. Kitchen equipment is also more than exemplary - there is really nothing missing. Particularly pleasant: private entrance on the ground floor, seating in the garden and parking right in front of the door. The hosts are friendly, helpful and very accessible. Check-in went smoothly. All the necessary information was clearly communicated in advance. Great recommendations for excursions received from the host. An all-round successful stay and great praise to the hosts. We felt right at home. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, flooded with light and with a very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. We felt really comfortable, also thanks to the superbly equipped kitchen with the Belleza portafilter machine. Thank you for the appreciative communication, the loving details in the apartment, which make it just really cozy and the many recommendations for excursions in the area, which inspired us very much! We visited Caroline’s apartment in Grainau over the Christmas holiday. She was very responsive, friendly, and even was available to greet us and show us the apartment upon our arrival, so check in was a breeze. She even decorated for the holiday, which was a very sweet surprise. She was happy to provide us with recommendations of restaurants, shops, and activities in the Garmisch area, all of which were excellent. Caroline even provided us with complimentary bus/train passes! This tidy and newly renovated apartment was positioned in the perfect location between the Zugspitze/Lake Eisbee area (beautiful) and downtown Garmisch. Both were no more than a 10 minute drive away. In this ground level apartment, we had access to a grassy yard which made life easy while traveling with our dog. We were so grateful for Caroline’s hospitality, and would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful apartment. Thank you, Caroline!

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! Great stay in Garmisch. Really nice place, spacious and well located. Short walk to super market and bus stop for ski lifts. Only this that was a slight issue for us was that two bed rooms were upstairs and one in basement so none of the kids wanted to sleep downstairs in their own.. but that might work well for other guests. Despite this we had a great stay, communication was great, facilities were great and we were even allowed to check in early after an awful journey.

Very friendly contact. The house is cosy, clean and well equipped. Great area for hiking and outdoor activities.

Michael and Lena were very nice hosts with a great house in a great location. Everything was as in the photos, we felt right at home there. The cats were great, very affectionate and sweet, we missed them after the vacation! You can do a lot in the area: cycling, hiking, swimming, SUP,UP,...We would definitely come back.

I had a great stay at this beautiful location! The villa was exactly as described spacious, stylish, and perfect for a gathering. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. My only issue was the cleanliness, which could have been better. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I would consider booking again in the future. Looking forward to seeing improvements in that area :)

We felt extremely comfortable! The house has incredibly good amenities and a great atmosphere. There is everything you could ask for. Likewise, the location is great! Christoph and his family are extremely loving and accommodating people! I even got a birthday cake.... Gladly and very soon again.

I highly recommend this place! I really liked it here – it is perfect for a couple and very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and nothing is missing. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. She is always available if you have any questions or need support. Everything is very well explained, and the arrival was hassle-free. The location is also ideal: The bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away, and a supermarket is just one street away. Everything is very easy to reach. I would stay here again anytime and highly recommend this place!

Perfect stay if bearded wants the Beurs and need a sleeping place and parking space. You can walk to the main entrance of the Beurs within 10 minutes. Lots of cozy restaurants and large shopping center in the immediate vicinity. And Munich quickly accessible by public transportation.

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!
