The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. The original Telephone Exchange is located in the picturesque village of Bishop Monkton. Now converted to a cosy holiday cottage situated between Harrogate and the cathedral city of Ripon. Nearby is Fountains Abbey, Lightwater Valley and Newby Hall. Blessed with open fields on 3 sides, which includes a lovely spot to sit outside and unwind or watch the sunsets. Hope Cottage is in a peaceful village in the perfect location to visit the many attractions North Yorkshire has to offer . Parking is available outside the cottage, and the train station is a mile away. Whixley has an excellent local pub The Anchor Inn , other local eating establishments are within easy driving distance. Generous discounts are on offer for long term let’s (28day or more .) Please note that charging points are not available to charge electric cars .

The farmhouse is a stylish, spacious, comfortable space ideal for family get togethers and group holidays. It sits in the Vale of York, between York and Harrogate with the Dales and Moors of North Yorkshire nearby. A super house for sociable evenings in; dinner by the log fire, a game of pool or drinks and table tennis on the patio during warmer months. Great local pubs and restaurants serving excellent food and a supermarket/shops a short drive away.

The Annexe @ Number 9

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.

The Retreat

The Retreat is set in a rural location and has lots of original features with a modern feel. With ample off road parking and close to the Stillington-Easingwold road its the perfect base to come back to after a visit to the many local attractions. The market town of Easingwold is 2 miles away and the City of York is 12 miles. The North York moors are close to hand and if you fancy venturing further you have the coast and the Yorkshire dales
