This was a perfect apartment for a short work-related visit to the town. I arrived late but the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is a super-clean apartment, quite large with two big double rooms. Nice, modern kitchen and living area also. There is a terrace with table and chairs available and I would say this is great in the summer. The TV is available to guests and has all major channels and streaming services. Nearby is the Marktstrasse with a big selections of shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for a work or leisure stay and I will certainly visit again.

We were late to arrive, and Cora was understanding and flexible. She received us late at the front door. Upon departure, she inquired if all was okay. You can't do better, we were very impressed. We felt very comfortable.

We loved Susanne's place, especially the back yard and its morning view. Please note that there's a family living on the 2nd floor of the house--it was fun to watch the kids play in the back yard, too. The place is not far from public transportation and near the University. Our son is studying there, and he was able to walk to visit with us. We used the washing machine which is in the basement. We were also able to find parking in front of the building easily. Susanne was very responsive both before we arrived and during our stay. It was great to meet her in person when we arrived. We hope to return to Bayreuth soon and look forward to staying at Susanne's place again.

A quiet apartment with a great view to the south - not without reason advertised as a sun terrace. Far away from the urban light pollution, you can also observe a beautiful starry sky here. The apartment has underfloor heating, which I find very comfortable. The apartment offers everything you need and the contact with Sonja was very pleasant. Glad to come back!

Andreas and Leila were amazing hosts. Always gentle and quick to answer all questions. The house itself very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which has all the tools for house cooking. The bedrooms are quite big and comfortable, even when it's very cold outside! If I were to return to the region, I would certainly try to return to this house. 10/10.

The apartment is very large and clean and is well suited for excursions by car to the area. The kitchen and bathroom are huge and you have everything you need. The hosts were very nice and always responsive to requests. From the train station you can walk about 25 minutes.

We had a nice stay with the three of us (2 adults) at Easter., 1 toddler). Good starting point to visit our families and also do many activities. Apartment absolutely corresponds to the description, for older people the stairs to the apartment could be difficult. But it was a great fit for us, everything was thought of in the apartment (kitchen very well equipped!) and there are lots of smart things for children (high chair, crib if needed, stroller and, for us always great: a small stool for washing your hands - perfect!!). Soap,disinfectant,dish soap, towels, etc. are also provided. You really just need to bring your clothes 😉 Contact always accommodating, child was very happy about Easter surprise (and was then busy with it while we carried everything into the apartment - also good😂) To recommend, we'll be back.

The apartment was even more beautiful than seen in the photos and well-equipped. Check-in and communication with Martina is straightforward. Everything was very clean and quiet despite the location on the street. We felt comfortable and would love to stay here again at any time.

Overall, everything was great. The rooms are well equipped. Normally, a tour of the buildings would have taken place for us. Unfortunately, a move from our host has delayed communication a little, so it didn't take place. Nevertheless, everything went well and there was always a response. However, if it turns out, we would book again, now we know more:)

Everything was perfect. We dated here for almost a week and had one of the best times. The host is very friendly and very fast in response. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything one might need. The resort itself had a lot of activities to do. Will definitely come again!

The room was very conveniently furnished, and we had great space with 2 adults and a toddler. You can virtually drive from the apartment to the swimming pool by elevator, which is also very pleasant. Cleanliness, amenities... all good. It was great that we were allowed to enter the apartment one hour earlier, and then check out even later. This made it very relaxed. We highly recommend the host and the apartment.
