Our cottage offers 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 sleeping possibilities. On the ground floor is a triple room and the spacious bathroom with toilet, underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a heated towel rail and a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there is a separate toilet, 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining table and a round arch leading to the living room. The living room, with access to the balcony, is equipped with a large couch, a cosy sitting area with reading lamp and a TV.

Our house is centrally located but quiet in beautiful Meersburg. It is a new building terrace corner house with garden. The property is about 240 m2. From the house you can walk about 10-15 minutes to the lake, there is the outdoor swimming pool, the spa, sauna as well as a beautiful lawn. For walking or jogging like cycling you can go to the vineyards or to the lake. There is a parking space for the house. A supermarket such as a bakery is within 3-5 minutes' walking distance, as is a snack bar.

The room is located in the basement apartment, has its own outside access, two windows and its own bathroom. A kettle, microwave and fridge are available – ideal for commuters, professionals or weekenders who do not need a kitchen. Important: No cuisine available. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
