Pots & Pans Cottage is a charming dog-friendly 18th-century weavers cottage located in a small hamlet 10 minutes walk from the centre of Uppermill village in Saddleworth, and 35 minutes away from Manchester. The location of the cottage is quiet and peaceful, so it is not a suitable place to hold a party. It is, however, a fabulous spot for a relaxing retreat into the countryside, with the open Peak District right on the doorstep and fantastic local pubs nearby.
“The cottage is in a quiet hamlet to the West of Uppermill, walking distance from both the High St and the surrounding hills. The cottage itself was spotless, with fabulous views and decorated beautifully with lots of nice little touches such as an Honesty Wine Rack etc. Cliff is also an excellent host who was communicative and helpful throughout. We're looking forward to staying again!”

“What a great stay! From before our stay our hosts were great with recommending the local area & restaurants to eat. We were welcomed with open arms & well before check in. Great accommodation... well cleaned & thoughtful touches throughout. Enjoyed the breakfast especially the fruit salad. Located in a small residential area of dobcross & 20 min work to uppermill where there something for everyone. We throughly enjoyed our 2 night stay & would recommend to anyone wanting staying in the area xx”
