Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We've been hosting on Airbnb for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since it didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to accommodate people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!

With free parking in front of the building and several supermarkets, restaurants and bars next door. Thanks to the bus and metro there is a very fluid, fast and easy connection with the city center. Official bike rental pickup point of "BiciMadrid" 100m from the apartment. It allows you to ride a bicycle through all of Madrid.

It is an independent chalet (full rental) is very close to Madrid (in an urbanization on the outskirts of Móstoles) despite its proximity to the capital, it is located in the enclave of the middle course of the Guadarrama River, in a privileged environment with many hiking trails/greenways. It is a very quiet development, which gives the feeling of being in a rural area, so parties are not allowed at night. Ideal place to disconnect two steps from Madrid.

Ideal for three people. It has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. An additional person could be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
