In our restored farmhouse we rent a cozy, wheelchair-accessible attic apartment with elevator, spread over 2 floors. The upper bedroom can be reached via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). My accommodation is in the middle of the village in the countryside, but very close to the nearest cities of Frauenfeld and Winterthur. The bus stop is 100m from the Airbnb. It's ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business trips and families (with children).

The beautiful lodging is combined with an older farmhouse, which is located more remote and surrounded by woods and meadows with views of the beautiful Glarus mountains. In this area you can enjoy the tranquillity, as a leisure activity there are many places of interest and sports facilities, such as hiking in the mountains of Amden or on the Speer - King of the Pre-Alps. If the weather is fine, you can enjoy a fantastic view of Lake Constance.

This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

The age makes up for the charm, but also brings a scratch here, a dust, some leafy paint and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.

We're excited to open our beautiful home to guests when we can't use it ourselves. It is a smaller terraced house (77 m ²). It has 2 bedrooms (double beds: 180x200 cm) and a bathroom. On the first floor is the kitchen, combined living/dining room and terrace with breathtaking lake and mountain views. It is a retreat and relaxation place overlooking nature.
