We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Cozy 1930s groundfloor apartment of 55 m2. with spacious patio. Living- and diningroom with slidingdoors. Small but cozy bedroom (bed 140x200 cm.) with an extra TV. When you book for three persons, I’ll install a foldingbed in the front room (diningroom). No parties, loud music, visitors or smoking inside. And sorry, I ONLY accept reservations from guests with at least three positive reviews from prior hosts. Please don’t make the reservation if you don’t have any. I will not accept it.

B&B Bij Bokkie ligt direct aan de lange-afstand-wandelpaden zoals het Maarten van Rossumpad en het Limespad, maar ook langs verschillende fietsroutes. Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

Landelijk gelegen, rust, ruimte en alpaca's

In de guesthouse voel je meteen de ontspannen sfeer. Door het gebruik van natuurlijke materialen en het uitzicht op de tuin en de dieren kan je het platteland echt ervaren. Buiten kan je allerlei dieren tegenkomen, zoals een haas of een fazant. En natuurlijk de kippen en de alpaca's. Op de loungeset die je vanuit de guesthouse ziet, kan je heerlijk relaxen. Je loopt zo de wei in om de alpaca's van dichtbij te leren kennen.
