Hello. We had a great week under the sun. In the morning , rising,the smell of bread and fresh croissants twenty meters from the apartment.Dinard and its surroundings pleasant to visit. The GR34 to do with good shoes. Canale,eat oysters on the harbor.

A very nice place perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) with our cocker spaniel;-) Very clear instructions from the owner. Owner always responsive to the various questions asked. A beautiful view from the living room. Everything you need in the space. Lots of assets: location, size, layout... We highly recommend it.

Léa is a welcoming, warm and caring host. Everything is done to make you feel at home. Tourist leaflets are available. Personally, I loved the cannon box:) In the end, we had a great time in our stay. Thank you Léa.

It's been the 2nd year we stayed at François's place, it's a real pleasure to come back, the accommodation is functional, very comfortable, well located in the St Servan neighborhood where everything can be done on foot, intramuros easily accessible on foot too. Private parking space, an undeniable bonus. François is a very welcoming host, he is attentive to his tenants and responsive if needed. We sincerely hope to come back next year.

Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

House ideally located, facing the sea , 50 m from the beach , close to the shops of Saint Enogat and with the possibility of easily walking in the center of Dinard by the sea or from the inside . Large house with rooms overlooking the sea. Highly welcoming host . Very, very pleasant stay, even in winter .

Étienne and Valerie are welcoming hosts, available and nevertheless discreet. We had a great week in the adjoining house of their residence, clean, very well equipped and with the fenced garden and terrace which are really a plus, especially for our dog! The quiet environment, the crossroads market three minutes' walk and the beach 7 minutes' walk also make it a perfect place for holidays . Close to intra muros and 20 minutes from Cancale by car. Highly recommend this rental for a couple who love to take long walks or a family with two children. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Lovely old fisherman's house, very nicely renovated. Ideal for a few vacation days, great location to enjoy Granville and the coast. The toilet is at the RC and the bedrooms on the second floor, we go down the steps as in a boat, you have to be mobile but otherwise it's perfect! The house is very well equipped and Emmanuelle is really accommodating, responsive and friendly, everything was very easy! Thank you

Warm welcome , full of good advice given, very nice and functional house close to the ocean. The hammam and fireplace are great extras. If we decide to return to St Malo, we will choose Dominique's house again.

the apartment is very functional, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, the view from the kitchen window may be one of the most beautiful in the city (the binoculars left available to observe the landscape are a great idea!). Only small downside, but nothing serious, a lack of window and velux blanketing that can prevent sleeping in the morning. Otherwise everything is perfect, I would recommend!

Very pleasant, convenient and functional accommodation. Impeccable cleanliness, lots of amenities at your disposal. Very nice location 2 steps from the beach and walking trails. We are delighted with our stay and will surely be back!

Zabeth and Pascal's apartment was wonderful - I had a brilliant time, and wish I could have stayed longer. They were thoughtful, generous and very kind, always happy to help. The apartment is so beautifully laid out and put together, everything thought through, and not lacking anything. It's a relaxing and delightful place to be. Then, both locally and a little further away, there is just so much to see and do and enjoy. It's a rich area, historically, culturally, and naturally. I absolutely loved my time here, and I hope to come back again some day. Thank you, Zabeth and Pascal, for such a special and delightful stay.

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. Exceptional location near the beachfront, not far from Saint-Malo intro-muros. Parking makes life easier to visit the area. There are all amenities in the apartment.
