House in the countryside and total peace! The view is just great. Two-story house with a nice outdoor space. Silvano did not meet him in person but he was always attentive and present in being available in case of events. Perfect stay!

top notch apartment very very clean perfect equipment and quality kitchen tv lounge and bedroom with very good bedding the bathroom is also very clean and equipped regarding the very quiet environment in the heart of the mountains great location for hikes not to mention the proximity to the lake of iseo and the lake of endine smaller but more wild as well as the towns of Brescia and shepherd a little further but not too far really at the top, I recommend it. thank you to our hosts for hosting

Very, very nice rustico, very tastefully decorated and with a lot of commitment, great location, tranquility, ... just everything there. I particularly appreciated the contact with Barbara, her tips for hikes and super fast response. It's exactly as described, just better :-)

Thanks for the wonderful stay. The place is very nicely decorated. I loved the many lovingly designed details. A nice surprise was the full fridge and the fine things for breakfast. Massimo and Viviana were very friendly and the communication worked out great. I really enjoyed the time and would book the place again anytime.

Our stay was truly unforgettable in a private and evocative context. We really appreciated the barbecue and the sauna, which made relaxation even better. In addition, the accommodation was in impeccable condition: clean and cared for in every detail.

I had an amazing time at this place! The huge natural-style garden is a true paradise for nature lovers, and although my visit was at the beginning of fall, there was still a big variety of produce I was invited to pick from it - including some tasty plants I didn't even know before :) I had originally planned to explore much more of the local area, but I just felt so at home and relaxed in cottage & garden that I actually spent most of my time there. Emiliano and his girlfriend are super nice people and amazing hosts: Kind and helpful in every regard, and great to share a glass of wine with. They succeeded in making me feel right at home. I'll visit again for sure!

Silvia's little house is enchanting, surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing! From home you can easily access nice walks, and the fully fenced garden is perfect for those who, like us, have a dog! We will definitely be back!

My friend and I spent 5 nights at Claudio’s beautiful place up in the mountains. The place was amazing and cosy and the view over lake como was stunning. It was easy to walk around and Claudio was super helpful and really cares about his guests. We can really recommend this place and would love to come back.

A stay and a host, Mario, at the height of the Lake Como site: exceptional. The apartment is very well located, overlooking the lake, in the peaceful village of Intignano (Tremezzo). The beautiful terrace and master bedroom offer breathtaking views of the lake . The rooms are very well arranged and comfortable. They are tastefully decorated and authentically. All windows are equipped with blind screens and external wooden blinds that help manage brightness or heat in the summer. In the kitchen, some basic food products (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee capsules) are available. Bed linen (beds already made on the arrival of the hosts), bath and kitchen linens are also provided. Everything is spotless. Adjacent covered parking spot. A few minutes from a great bakery. And what about Mario? A host of infinite kindness and patience, who advises and answers the slightest question. A pearl!

We had a great time, the house was super clean, warm and quiet. We slept very well. Thank you, we'll be back.

The big house is an absolute gem that can make for a very special stay in Lake Como. We were looking for somewhere off the beaten track and Pognana Lario provided. While still easy enough to access via public transport it is away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns. You do need to be comfortable with lots of stairs though. Kathi and Ivan are such gracious hosts who were attentive to our every need, flexible and communicative. While the room itself is beautiful and comfortable, it's the little homey touches that make such a difference. Binoculars for taking a closer look at the view, some biscuits in the drawer, and friendly chats on the balcony. We felt we were being welcomed into their home, but also had as much privacy as we wanted. It's also fun to get a taste of village life from shopping in the fantastic minimarket, to a coffee or aperitivo at Peppo's, or taking a walk up to the Church. We couldn't recommend the Big House or Kathi and Ivan more

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment has beautiful views over the lake and the apartment feels very nice and pleasant. It is super clean and the owner is very friendly. We had a super nice stay.

Monica & her family were more than helpful & generous. The views are even better than the pictures. Near a small town, Torno, which has a few restaurants, great views, & boat taxis to Como/other towns. Would recommend!

The place was fantastic. The town is very very quiet. Anna, the host, was wonderful. She picked us up from the train station, told us how to get around town and around the lake. Showed us bus stops etc… She even took us to our dinner reservations on her way to her yoga class and picked us up after. 10/10 if you’re looking for something off the touristy path.

alessandros rustico is a beautiful place. very spacious , super comfortable. it has a amazing view and is very quite. there are plenty of nice walks to do. the farmers futher up in the mountains make very good cheese. it is only about 7 min walk to the car. but for the dirt road you need a good car with enough space under the body. we love to come back

We had a very nice week at the property. Angela is a very likeable host and the location of the house is very nice and quiet. I would recommend it!

Maria's place was the perfect getaway! The cottage was lovely, just right for the four of us. The kitchen had all the utensils you need to cook. The outdoor space was beautiful and functional, lovely garden. The fireplace inside brought a lovely atmosphere and warmth in the evenings. Communication with Maria was easy, we also got to know Maria's family! There are nearby grocery stores in Foresto Sparso, and just a small distance drive to Iseo. Nearby hiking trails, so there's plenty to do! I can recommend Maria's place to everyone!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ca Pedrot! The cabin is super cozy, we loved the sauna, and the views are fantastic. We loved the little touches like nice bed linens and towels and luxury soaps. There's an extensive range of pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. The cabin has plenty of privacy. It's also is on a nice snowshoe path, for winter visits. We were particularly impressed by Andy, the host, who was super communicative, got the fire going in the wood stove for us because we were arriving in the evening, gave us pointers for using the cable car and finding the cabin in the dark. True hospitality! Can't wait to go back.

We were hosted very well by Maruska. The hamlet of Piantürin is full of charm, secluded and very quiet, with several possible hiking trails. Great experience despite bad weather, great value… We'll be back! Thank you Maruska.

Daniela is very thoughtful, beautiful cottage, exceptional views, calm and nature (mountain road a little tortuous but it deserves it). Very good restaurant next door accessible by walk in 5 min.

The ascent was actually a bit difficult, but it was worth it! The views are great, no one far and wide. The bed linen smelled great. Greta and her family were really beyond accommodating. We would have preferred to have stayed longer.
