Ski-in/out vacation rentals in Val Brembana

Wir waren 8 Tage in der Unterkunft und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Kostenlose Parkplätze standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Aussicht war besonders schön, es ist alles schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls super, ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir konnten Varenna gut zufuß erreichen (ca. 25 Minuten), allerdings sind die Fußgänger Wege sehr schmal und nah an fahrenden Autos, was eine erhöhte Aufmerksamkeit erfordert. Von Varenna aus kann man viele Fähren in die Nachbarorte nehmen. Alle Orte lassen sich prima fussläufig erkunden, dadurch sparten wir uns viele Parkgebühren. Der Comer See hat uns sehr gefallen und ist definitiv eine Reise wert.

Beautiful 3 floors house located in a beautiful location at the end of the magic Valle Calanca. There are 2 fireplaces (one indoor + one outdoor) and a BBQ as part of a nice garden. Peaceful environment, one can only listen to the flow of the river and the singing birds. Nice view on four waterfalls falling from a big mountain.

Abbiamo trascorso un week end all'insegna delle camminate e del relax. Annamaria è stata un host attenta e precisa.

Mi sono trovata benissimo a casa di Valter e Lella, Valter ci ha accolto con premura ed è sempre stato disponibile a venirci incontro e a darci tutte le informazioni sulla casa necessarie. La casa era pulita, immersa nel verde e molto tranquilla. Segnalo che vicino c'è un parco giochi per bambini, la mia piccola di 7 mesi ha apprezzato :) Valter offre anche un seggiolone da tavolo e un lettino, è un posto baby friendly. In casa non mancava nulla, c'era tantissimo spazio. In un punto centrale rispetto a tante belle passeggiate da fare nei dintorni. Esperienza più che positiva :) Se possibile ritorneremo :)

Bellissimo appartamento nuovo e fornito di tutto. Pulizia impeccabile. Auto check-in facile. Soluzione ottimale per due persone.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung in Tremezzo am Comer See verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars sowie den Fähranlegern und dem traumhaften botanischen Garten der Villa Carlotta – alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vermittelt sofort ein Gefühl von Wohlbehagen. Besonders genossen haben wir den kleinen, separaten Garten, der Privatsphäre bietet und einen herrlichen Blick auf den See freigibt – ideal zum Entspannen. Ein Hinweis für Anreisende mit dem Auto: Die zur Wohnung gehörende Garage ist ein großer Pluspunkt, allerdings führt der Weg dorthin über eine extrem schmale und steile Gasse. Hier ist Fahrgeschick gefragt, nichts für schwache Nerven. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einer der schönsten Regionen Italiens suchen!

L'appartamento è molto ben curato e confortevole, la location è fantastica sia per la vicinanza agli impianti di risalita che per la comodità, ideale per famiglie con bambini.

I really recommend staying at this place. Clean, pleasant interior, all you need kind of feeling. Lovely view and a big terrace. The train rail is very close but is not a problem at all. You can take a swim from the public beach. I give it 10/10 and will come back!

Lake Iseo is a great place to visit and I can highly recommend this accommodation. Good parking is available on the street in front of the apartment.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage. Der öffentliche Badestrand ist praktisch vor der Haustür und die Stadt mit vielen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Schiffsanlegestelle hat man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht. Der Gastgeber Stefano hat uns persönlich Empfangen und war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft blitzsauber. Außerdem gibt es einen großen, gepflegten Garten den man benutzen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Grazie Elena! Ci ha fatto trovare la casa pulitissima, veramente impeccabile! Ha assecondato le mie esigenze di check in e check out un po’ flessibili. Posto tranquillo, bellissima vista. Con la stufa a gas nessun problema di riscaldamento dei locali. Da segnalare solo la scala a chiocciola interna un po’ impegnativa, soprattutto per chi avesse qualche problema nei movimenti.

We had an excellent stay at Carlo's apartment! Although we couldn't meet in person, communication with him was fantastic. He was always available on mobile to answer any questions or resolve any concerns I had. He sent us helpful video instructions on how to use the apartment's appliances, including the heating system and the boiler. This made everything super easy and stress-free! The apartment, while not brand new, met all of my expectations. It was warm and comfortable, and I truly appreciated that Carlo had left the heating on for our arrival. There were no issues with our late check-in at 3 AM, which made everything so much smoother. Carlo is a very friendly and thoughtful host, and I highly recommend staying at his place. I would definitely stay again!

Bivanje pri Eleni je bilo vrhunsko. Smučišče je v bližini, dostop je možen peš. V apartmaju se je nahajalo vse kar potrebuješ za ugodno bivanje. Kljub temu, da smo morali apartma zapustiti predhodno, zaradi bolezni, se je Elena vljudno in razumevajoče odzvala na situacijo.

O apartamento é excelente! Muito espaçoso, com todas as utilidades disponíveis. Muito confortável e em uma localização excelente principalmente para quem quer esquiar em Piani de Bobbio. Poucos passos do shuttle pra a estação. Tivemos uma excelente estadia e queríamos estender nossas férias mas foi uma pena que o apartamento estava já ocupado. Anfitrião extremamente responsivo. Recomendo!!!

Die Baita Ca Maria liegt mitten in der Natur auf einem Berg gelegen. Um die Ecke direkter Blick auf den See. Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Details machen die kleine Hütte zu einem Zuhause auf Zeit. Draußen gibt es Möglichkeiten zum sitzen. Zu der Hütte gelangt man über einen kurzen Weg zu Fuß.

Bella baita in area tranquilla, dotata di tutto quello che serve, ristrutturata di recente anche in ottica di efficienza energetica. Curata e accogliente, tutta di legno dentro. Le camere al piano di sotto rendono la vita facile se avete bimbi. Peccato solo che andare agli impianti a piedi sia un po' troppo lunga, ma son 3 minuti in macchina. Consigliata!

Abbiamo soggiornato con piacere per qualche giorno nell’alloggio di Elena. Posizione ottima, si esce di casa con gli sci! Perfetta per gli amanti della montagna. Per raggiungere la casa abbiamo utilizzato il contatto di Elena, il Sig Abele ci ha accompagnato fino in casa con mezzo adatto alle condizioni della strada che è chiusa al transito. La Baita è in ottimo stato, nonostante isolata ha tutti i comfort. La seggiovia è a pochi passi con un leggero dislivello ma fattibile. Serata splendide con stellate incredibili in un silenzio quasi surreale per chi non è abituato. Penso proprio ci torneremo.

We spent there 10 days and it was a wonderful time. We just loved the silence, to hear the birds singing and watching the cows on their way out every morning ;) Contact with Gianfranco and his wife was very friendly, they gave us some good recommendations and we just want to say THANK YOU for sharing this lovely home!!!
