It is bordered by a park with century-old beeches and fir-trees, which leads to the nearby alpine lake. It is located at 934mt in Valle dei Laghi, about 25km far from Trento and 30 from Riva del Garda. The Monte Bondone is easily reachable in few minutes by car. All the services are located down in the valley (10 minutes by car).

Our house is located in the village center of Kastelbell Tschars in the Untervinschgau in a quiet location, an ideal holiday destination for families with children in every season. The concept is "living in nature" . Special features include two glass fronts with unrestricted views across the valley that can be opened on both sides in the basement. This makes it possible to create a pleasant climate, even with strong sunlight . Accessible as both levels have a separate entrance.

The tranquility and the view of the Ortler open the mind. The newly renovated, historic stone house combines the coziness of modern comfort with the simple beauty of an old farmhouse in the upper Vinschgau. Our place is good for couples, families with kids, solo travelers and adventurers.
