That part of Lake Como, with an amazing lake view!

The apartment has been managed by our family since 2020 with great care and excellent reviews. For several years, my parents were the hosts; since 2026, I, Corinne, have been managing it. The reliability and quality of service remain the same as always. The swimming pool is only available during the summer, from early June to mid-September, weather permitting. The apartment is located in the Bordeaux building, to the right of the main staircase, and is easily accessible from the residence's courtyard. It is on one level, with a step for the kitchen and bathroom. The swimming pool, ping-pong table, and solarium are just steps away.

La Casa di Giulia A beautiful villa in the middle of the nature nearby the village Valbrona and closed to Como Lake, with an amazing view on the lake and an incredible exclusive garden. Wide and elegant space, its particularly indicated for the families. Here it’s perfect if you want an unique Italian experience like the locals since the area is not touristy at all. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house.

Perfect vacation home, a stone's throw from Lake Como (Comolake), in front of the Grigne group, under the Corni di Canzo. Cozy, relaxing, with a garden for exclusive use, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to three people. The accommodation consists of an entrance, a living room with a kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. It is fully furnished and equipped to ensure a pleasant stay. It also has a large porch where you can store any bicycles.

I highly recommend renting a car. Apartment with a panoramic terrace that overlooks Lake Como directly and allows you to admire wonderful sunsets. You'll find free parking on the road, just 100 meters away. The apartment is located in the charming upper area of Fiumelatte (Pino). It is 2.5 km from the center of Varenna. It is strategically located: from the windows we can admire the spectacular village of Bellagio. I recommend a car to get around on your own.
