Explore Valencia from a Central Apartment

My home is located on the 3rd floor of a fully restored historical building -in an area where most buildings are mainly over 100 years old-, which for your convenience and comfort, has an elevator. There are no other neighbours on the same floor. It features a spacious living room with dining and kitchen area with two large street-facing balconies, one bedroom with another small balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two street facing balconies and one window fill the living room and kitchen area with plenty of natural daylight. The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. A gracious table in the living room seats 4. In the fully equipped kitchen area you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and of course enough kitchenware and tableware. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery and doing laundry, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In the bedroom there is a comfy double bed (135x190) to ensure a good night's rest, and a closet with enough room for your clothes. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, features a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. The boiler is of 50 litres so if you have a long shower, hot waters runs and you have to wait 10min to have again hot water. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided. The WiFi high-Speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! For a small supplement I might arrange one for you! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. You will have access to the entire home. I’ll try my best to be there, but sometimes it is just not possible due to my job. In these cases, a family friend will welcome you upon arrival and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Once you complete the reservation, I will also send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in Valencia. Also, you will be provided with a map of Valencia upon arrival and will remain reachable by phone or Airbnb e-mail 24/7 during your stay, should you need any help or advice! Charming and cozy Apartment in the best location of The City Center

Beautiful 50m2 flat on the third floor with no elevator of a historic and protected building. With high ceilings and wide windows that allow to be a very light floor, it is composed of a spacious living room, dining room and integrated kitchen, completely open. In the living room, you will find the TV with Netflix and WIFI, ideal for disconnecting after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic stove, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine), if you prefer to eat at home. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils, in addition to toaster, capsule coffee maker, toy, and kettle. A large bedroom with a double bed (135cmx190cm) and its large bathroom with shower and with everything you need, such as a set of towels, hair dryer, shampoo and bath gel. A travel crib is available at no additional cost upon request. The building does not have common areas. We welcome our guests personally, we love to welcome and give details about the apartment as about the city. We want you to feel at home! We will be happy to advise you and resolve any unforeseen circumstances before and during the stay. Once they're our guests, we'll be available as many times as needed. You will live in the heart of Valencia, full of life and movement, you can enjoy the charm of the city, its streets, its monuments and its cheerful life. The magnificent location allows us to be well connected, all transports pass through the Plaza de La Reina where they take us for example to La Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes or the beach of Valencia. Getting around on foot or by bike is a great option, as everything is close to the apartment. If you come by car, only 200m away is the public parking of La Plaza de la Reina, in the heart of the city. Quiet and at the same time, you'll find all the vibrancy of the city. This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.
