Loft vacation rentals in Valencian Community

The location of the apartment is right where you want to be. Lots of adorable little bars, restaurants and even a little fruit stand just 50 feet away! Plus the big Ruzafa Mercado is down the street. The inside of the apartment is so chic. Black, gray, stainless and a kick of fuchsia. The patio is comfortable and a great place for coffee or glass of wine. Great hot water and water pressure too. Loved it and would like to come back!!!! Alicia was gracious enough to go to the visitors center and get Easter weekend festivities info for us. She stopped by for a quick “hello” and run-through of where things are, washer/dryer operation, etc. Really nice host and apartment.

thr house is lovely and spacious, it is very well equiped and has a lovely dining space. the two little courtyard are lovely to sit in to escape the heat.its 10 mins from the market. I would definitely go again

Great stay for 6 days in sunny October. Great location and a flat full of character and art and charm with windows out onto a lovely and busy square near Torres Serronos. Would highly recommend .

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

The apartment was perfect for our trip. Great location for walking or cycling everywhere in the city (we didn’t get on the metro once!). Easy to get to from the airport. Perfect size for 2 people, clean, quiet, wonderful. Thank you!

Excellent apartment. Very easy to reach. Great welcome from Jorge’s father. Apartment exactly as advertised. Only thing to note is that it is just off a main road, the Gran Via Ferran el Católico, and there is quite a lot of road noise, but hey, you’re in the middle of a vibrant city.

The loft was great. It was clean and welcoming. Rosa (and her mother) were superb hosts. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation. The neighborhood is a great place to stay in Valencia, especially during easter week, as there are lots of interesting processions happening. All main sights and the historic city center are easy to reach via bus, or Uber. Many great restaurants and the beach are within a few minutes by foot, Rosa gave us some recommendations.

Very good place everything was as described . Angel was quick to respond and whenever questions helped . We were also able to check in even earlier than planned. All in all, a perfect place to stay, you can only recommend it

It's a very clean and modern new apartment, so it's a great place to stay. It is located in the city and there is a large park right in front. The location is great because you can access the old town attractions within 10 minutes on foot. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed Mila and Isidro's AirBnB. The place was as described, very clean and with all amenities you could hope for. The bed was very comfortable too, and the location couldn't have been better. We also appreciated being able to directly meet and talk to Mila and Isidro, instead of having a self check-in without meeting the hosts. Definitely recommend!

The appartment is located very conviniently (metro station is about 5-7 min to walk). It is quiet and warm (we were been here in April, when the outside temperature could be unstable, but it was absolutely comfortable inside). No issues with hot water and shower but the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Small issues with the kitchen equipment - table knives only are available, so if you need to cut a bread or cheese it would be a little bit more complicated, but not a big deal of course:)) The owner is very responsive and always ready to help. In general -very good place to stay, we do reccomend!

Wonderful site, close to all the beautiful coves of Altea. Communication with Juan is excellent, we will repeat again!!

Carmen was super helpful and her place is large, clean, well-equipped and homey. She made us feel like it was our place! The jacuzzi tub was welcome after days of sight seeing.

Davide's apartment is a very elegant and modern two-story loft where nothing is really missing. Super equipped kitchen, bathroom with everything you need and a super spacious bedroom in the mezzanine. Davide was kind and operational and also left us the opportunity to check out later. The location of the apartment is great, practically a few meters from the Turia Park and very close to the center. And not only can you walk to both the harbor area and the city of art and science. What about a great experience in every way. Recommended and we will be back. Thanks David 🙏

I highly recommend this loft. We've been very comfortable and value for money. It is quite spacious and well connected to the buses only a couple of streets away. Manuela was attentive.

Victor was very kind and was very attentive that he has everything, very attentive at all times you have a room and amenities for not that high price. ideal to spend a few days visiting places and having a place to rest.
