Vacation rentals with a balcony in Valencian Community

Everything in general is quite good, the only bad thing is that the time to give us the keys did not tell us how to get to the apartment. It is a fairly large development, with many entrances and parking lots, thanks to the help of the concierge, looking at the photos of the views of the apartment we were able to find out which block it was in and the number that was, in the wake of the block the Garage square. The cleanliness was fine, the bathroom is phenomenal, very well kept and it's like new, the living room and the rooms great. For 2-3 people it is phenomenal!!

The apartment is very nice and complete, the kitchen was not lacking in the kitchen. I recommend it. The location is the best, there is a parking space in the building and also around it.

This apartment was perfectly located for my friends and I. it was far enough from the really busy nightlife not to be disturbed but close enough to walk into the centre when we wanted to. Lovely rooms and a fantastic view over the beach and sea.

What a delightful home! The hospitality is wonderful, and the house is beautifully furnished, truly making you feel at home rather than in a typical rental. It’s fully equipped with all the comforts you could need. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. There’s ample space throughout the house, and with the lovely weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning garden. The pool is fantastic, and the garden is a beautiful oasis filled with flowers and plants, providing plenty of privacy. A car is essential for exploring the charming spots nearby, as the neighborhood is quite tranquil. We loved the various outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, and baking dishes, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Plus, the views of the mountains are gorgeous, and the heating/air conditioning worked perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We a family of four with visiting in laws had a great stay at casa charme. The house is split into two levels and two dwelling areas making it great for hosting. The gardens are lovely and there is WiFi throughout the property. We enjoyed the pool as well.

We were in Peter's very nice and modern house over Christmas. For us as a family, the house was very suitable, as the large kitchen and also the large living room in particular offer plenty of space for all family members. The sensational kitchen equipment is also noteworthy. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the building services/heating in the winter time, but Peter was always available and very eager to fix all problems immediately. Even on December 24th, he still delivered a new dishwasher. Value for money is still OK. Certainly, the prices are higher over the holidays, but you also have to be aware that the house is not a detached house with a large garden, but a terraced house, and there are only smaller, tiled terraces in the outdoor area. The proximity to the beach (a few minutes by car), to supermarkets, to Alicante and to the airport were excellent. We would book this house again anytime for a family event.
