The nearest urban center is 18 km away, but it is also close to interesting places to visit (historical, gastronomic, etc.). The lawn with barbecue is an extension of the apartment.

L'era d'en Jepet, countryside home near Barcelona

It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. The most garden house complex, plus the surrounding forest could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.
