We are located in the heart of Barrio Puerto, historic center and the oldest neighborhood of Valparaiso, inhabited since colonial times. Enjoy a central location, just a few meters from the Elevator Cordillera. Muelle Prat, Calle serrano, Plaza Sotomayor, Cerro Concepción, Cerro Alegre, Mirador 21 de mayo. They are all places you can reach on foot. The connectivity is second to none! You will be able to move by trolleybus, metro train or microbus to anywhere in the city.

Comfortable, cozy, ample and bright loft. It has a terrace and a partial view of the bay. It is designed for people to relax and be able to enjoy with fullness and intimacy of the space. Located 100 meters from the civic center of Valparaíso, where there is commerce and locomotion easily accessible. It is a 10 minute walk to the metro station Bellavista, a 7 minute walk to the feet of Cerro Alegre and Concepción, and a 2 minute walk at the foot of the Cerro Bellavista.

We offer a small apartment, (number 2 in the exterior photo) very cozy, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay in Valparaíso, located on the 4th floor, only accessible by stairs. The important thing for us is to answer all your questions and guide you around the city if you need it. Located in a residential neighborhood with transportation to the door to go to and from downtown Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, we are 15 blocks from the city's bus terminal.

The apartment is in the attractive Magnolio condominium in Cerro Alegre, where the old German hospital was located. The apartment is very cozy, bright with a view of the bay, fully equipped with a washer-dryer, and WiFi. It has a king-size bed and a 2-seater sofa bed. It has a folding desk for remote working. The condominium has a swimming pool and green areas. It is a 5-minute walk to the best restaurants in Cerros Alegre and Concepcion.
