Monthly Rentals in Valparaiso

We stayed here while moving to Niceville. Plenty of places close by. Room for dogs and the rental has all comforts of home! Once we figured out tv…. We are not real good at reading directions so muddled through getting what we needed… multiple remotes so use the right one and all is good… communication with Charles was fantastic. We were here for the “snow storm of the century” and it all went seamless during our month plus a little here. Easy walk down to a beach. I would highly recommend this as a getaway. Take time to go to Destin, Fort Walton beach and other prime tourist spots but then retreat to a nice neighborhood and sip beverage on rocking chairs on front porch as sun sets. Know there is a military base close by so expect to hear that sound of freedom…jets, but never too loud…just jets. Thanks Charles for quick responses to questions.

This place was absolutely amazing! My husband and i felt right at home.The house was extremely clean and welcoming.Lizeth was a breath of fresh air to communicate with she was very accommodating and i must add that she responds super duper fast.She is a sweetheart.The house was exactly as described plus more.The area was very peaceful and everyone we came in contact with in the area was very nice.If you’re looking for a home away from home in paradise this is the right place for you.We will definitely be booking again!

Great value near the Emerald Coast! My son is stationed at Eglin Air Force Base and this condo is minutes away. The pool in the complex was refreshing- we went in August and it was hot! Great location- 20 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to Destin- Ft. Walton airport. Niceville has great restaurants and coffee shops to enjoy. The condo complex is very quiet and private as it is not in the middle of a neighborhood- it is surrounded by the golf course and lots and lots of trees! Convenient to have washer/dryer in the unit as I forgot how much sand you have on everything after being at the beach and due to the humidity- nothing ever dries! Great spot for a Florida Emerald Coast vacation! Highly recommend- this would be a great location for families to stay- as well as anyone wanting a beach vacation but wanting to avoid the hustle and bustle.

Another amazing stay with Phil! Phil was very accommodating and was able to provide a larger space when our family needed it. He is always very responsive and is on top of your requests. It is in the middle of very family oriented neighborhood. It is nice to see people taking a walk with their family and dogs outside. You definitely would feel safe going for a walk. But it is not too far from places you would need to go. Absolutely recommending!
