Would like to give a huge shoutout to Hari for this property. ..It was a pleasant stay for us and was more of a homely feel with good ambience and good surrounding. Hari was a great host and was very responsive with all the quires and kept us in loop from check-in to check-out. well maintained property with almost all amenities provided for us in the entire stay. As name given, the property is surrounded by a lake frontage and outdoor was well equipped with relaxing spots and BBQ point. We were a group of friends meeting after 10 years and wanted a private space with relaxing facilities so that we can share our happiness together. Lake homes was a pure gem for us since we were able to spend most of our time together without any disturbance and during late night we had a good ambience surrounded by good lightings and all we did was sitting the small huts and discussing our lives. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and would recommend to any group who prefer to spend time privately.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Varkala. Ocean front views with a beautiful property that had the most amazing balcony overlooking the cliffs. We especially loved Raju, the property dog. He made us feel safe and was always happy to see us when we returned from our outings. The property is 2 min from the ocean and is walkable to other parts of Varkala cliffs. The A/C and amenities are as described! We plan on coming back next year and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful spot.

My husband and I—both musicians—came to Kaayal in Varkala for a secluded retreat to make music, and what we experienced went far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Nobby, the gracious host, who made sure we felt at home and fully taken care of. The property itself is an absolute gem—nestled by the lake, surrounded by nature, and so serene that we woke up each morning to the sounds of birds and the gentle rustle of leaves. The view of the lake alone is enough to calm your soul and inspire creativity. Special shoutout to Vicky and Kichu, the incredible caretakers who went above and beyond to make our stay effortless and joyful. Whether it was delicious home-cooked meals, piping hot tea within minutes of asking, or just being on standby for anything we needed—they made sure we could focus on what we came to do. The house was spotless, and the bathroom looked like something straight out of an architecture magazine. Highly recommend this Air BnB!

The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed kayaking, available on the property itself, with additional cost, of course. There was a storm on the evening of our stay, and it was a scene to behold, such vast expanses of water in lightning and storm, through the glass walls of the cabin, definitely a pristine experience. The manager at the property was helpful and welcoming. The hammock by the shore became my favorite spot right from the go. I look forward to revisit at a later time.

A seaside heaven, with everything you could want for a relaxing and peaceful stay in traditional Keralan surroundings. Great food, trips out were easy to arrange, and it was fascinating to watch the fishermen bring in their nets every morning. Faultless.

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning villa! The rooftop bar area was a standout – what a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy the views. This was a true gem! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries or requests. One of our family had mobility issues and we were provided with a wonderful wheel chair that was perfect to move around the property. It was lovely having g two outdoor spaces that were covered to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was some furniture that is a bit dated and in need of replacement in one of the rooms, but the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There was a beach close by with hardly anyone on it, almost like having a private beach! Breakfast was provided, food was great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend this for individuals as well as for larger groups

Had a wonderful stay at Coconut Cove Resort with my friends.The rooms were exceptionally neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. Staffs Sonia , Greeshma, Reji and Shibu were extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway or get togethers.

It is a heritage house in a big compound full of greenery. The house is traditional style and it was cool inside even without AC. The helper and the house were prompt in assisting and guiding with all the things. Overall a nice memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Perriyaveedu property, thanks to our amazing host, Darsan. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, assisting us with local travel arrangements, including booking autos and cars. On his recommendation, we went boating near Poovar, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The dinner was delightful, and we truly appreciate Darsan’s dedication, as he tirelessly coordinated everything to make our stay seamless. We based ourselves at Mary Land for 5 weeks and loved every minute. From the tasty authentic breakfasts to sitting on the terrace chatting to the family and other guests. The property we stayed in is lovely and provided us with plenty of space. The surrounding area was just what we were looking for, restaurants and beaches within walking distance and easy to get to the city when required. We were made welcome wherever we went. The family are fantastic and we really feel that they enjoy having guests. You do hear the church but after a while it is just a noise you get used to. We had the best time.
