The apartment is at the quiet end of the housing estate and has its own parking space, which you can see from the room. Comfortable beds 2.20 m long with slats are provided according to the wishes of the guests. The third guest sleeps on a mattress or sofa in the living room. It is practically furnished, modern kitchen, coffee, tea and everything you need for cooking. We don't have a TV. The apartment is designed for guests who are looking for rest and peace to work. In winter we heat with air conditioning and it's ok, the house is well insulated. On the day of arrival, the apartment is already heated and you can set the temperature yourself.

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.
