Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

If this flat is available for your time frame, don’t hesitate. Possibly the best place I ever rented. Excellent location, pristinely clean, Great beds. Carlo went above and beyond to show us are surrounding area and highlights. Take his advice on the bakery and restaurant. So happy we were able to experience this place. I would go back. Thanks

Marco was an absolute super host. He kept us informed with loads of information, suggestions and advice. The place was an absolute gem, peaceful and within driving distance of all required amenities. Clean, tidy and everything one needed. More than enough space for a family of four. He provided us with bicycles to drive around town and always responded within minutes of our inquiries. We highly suggest staying with Marco and public transportation to Venice from his house is perfect. Looking forward to our next stay with Marco

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

I am a 60 year old travelling by myself for 1st time in Italy. Roberto made my Venice fantastic by giving very clear instruction on how to get into by train (cheap 20 min ride), what to go see, where to eat and get tickets for the boats to the islands. Highly recommend

Excellent family stay at 4 at Barbara's, very friendly and authentic student neighborhood. Well heated apartment for winter, very pleasant and cozy. Bright with a large Velux. Very comfy beds Small but well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Supermarket and grocery stores nearby for shopping. Vaporetto 2 on the dock a few minutes walk away. Almost direct to San Marco. It's easy to explore Venice and stroll through the small alleys, bridges, and squares around the apartment. We'll be happy to go back! Attention, if you have locomotor problems: Steep and narrow staircase to get to the listing.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Giovanna personally welcomed us and explained and showed us everything important. The apartment is well maintained, simple but lovingly furnished and has definitely offered us (three of us) enough space. Terry towels for the bathroom were available, toilet paper, coffee capsules - that was great! The apartment is quiet and at the same time there are various shopping and catering options nearby. Giovanna allowed us to leave the luggage in the apartment until the afternoon on the day of departure. We really appreciated that. We are definitely happy to recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment of Pucci and Stefano. Everything went perfectly, great communication and a really nice apartment. It is very centrally located, just a stone's throw from the Bridge of Sighs. So if you're looking for total peace, you're probably wrong here. If you like to be in the middle of the action, the apartment is perfect for you. Due to the location in a backyard, you can hear the hustle and bustle on the terrace, but it was quite quiet in the apartment, so it doesn't bother you. Stefano and Pucci were great hosts, they even helped us when one of our suitcases was delivered late by the airline and acted as contact. Thank you again to both of you for a really nice stay and your help!

Valentina was very responsive and the place was great. We especially loved the location right near the ghetto. Definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Venice

Spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need, everything clean, self check-in was super easy, great communication with the hosts - they responded quickly to everything we needed, area is quiet but not too central - around 20 minutes by foot to the most popular tourist spots, but with some affordable restaurants and bars nearby. All in all a good choice!

The stay at Martina's apartment was outstanding! She was so kind that she even looked for us at the train station and accompanied us to the apartment in vaporetto! The apartment is in excellent condition, it is very comfortable and Martina leaves folders with a lot of details and recommendations from Venice!

We are delighted with our stay at Valeria's . The house is 5 minutes from the train station and buses. Access to nearby bus boats (ferry) also on Piazzale Roma We couldn't find a bakery right next door , Majer, delicious and welcoming. The house is as you can see in the photos and the neighborhood is very quiet. The bed is comfortable, with extra blankets if needed. We could have cooked perfectly on site because the kitchen is well equipped but we chose to taste Italian cuisine in several restaurants and we were not disappointed. Valeria is a very friendly host and very responsive to any questions. What's for sure is that we will come back to Valeria, when I don't know? but we'll be back! Thanks again Valeria. We felt excellently accommodated in the last four weeks of the stay. After a detailed check-in by Elena, everything worked out great, the location is excellent, quiet and in particular Elena was always supportive, friendly and helpful! We have actually always felt at home and can therefore highly recommend Elena's place! We sincerely appreciate it at this point.

If you’re on the fence about booking this space for your time in Venice—don’t be! It is amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful airbnb. Not only was it peaceful, but it was central to all of the different divisions/neighborhoods of Venice. Also, the hosts went above and beyond to help us tourists figure out the island. Excellent accommodation, you can take the bus near the apartment to go to Venice. but the best thing was the attention of Sara and her family, they are very friendly, I would definitely go back here to leave

Super clean apartment and good area

Beatrice is a very welcoming host, full of life with a big smile. She is very responsive which is also very pleasant. His explanations , his advice are great and comparable to a green guide with little tips on top. The accommodation is very good for two people. It's functional, quiet and clean and very well located. This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Perfect spacious sanctuary right in the heart of Venice! Great central location and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Our host Novella was kind and communicative. If you’re taller or have a bigger build, then you may have trouble in the shower but otherwise highly recommend and we will be back!

The place was great! Had everything we needed and was very clean and mostly comfortable. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the supermarket, shops and bakery. Gabriele is a great host, provided us with useful information on what to see and how to get around. The apartment is very close to Venice by city bus/metro and if you are looking to see any other place such as Lago di Garda or Verona, it's a great starting point. Gabriele's place is highly recommended.
