Very helpful staff. If you are a religious jew try to find a different place for shabbos, otherwise highly recommend for someone looking for an affordable place to stay in Venice with a friendly staff and comfortable rooms. There are stairs, so If you have a lot of luggage be ready for that.

Really perfect stay! The property is easy to find, located in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Several typical restaurants can be reached comfortably on foot or in a few minutes by car, so the location is also great for those who want to discover the local flavors. The rooms are new, furnished with taste and attention to detail, very welcoming and very clean. The bathroom is spacious, modern and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is rich and with excellent quality products, perfect for starting the day well. We also really appreciated the flexibility of check-in and the prompt responses from the host, always available and kind. We really felt at home. Highly recommended!

When other Airbnb users rated this stay as "my best stay" we really didn't expect it to be this good. Although me and my 2 girlfriends are on this journey with our concerns, Mauro is definitely the sweetest, helpful, meticulous, understanding, generous and friendly person you will ever encounter in your life. This was absolutely our best stay. Felt at home. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts were excellent and filling. Mauro even brewed us coffee every morning. He helped us set up the route and had prepared files where you can find everything you need with his own hands. Transportation to the center of Venice was very easy and fast. A place and host that you should definitely experience and will never be dissatisfied! I will be back...

This was, without a doubt, the best apartment rental experience of my life. The style of the place was simply exquisite — full of character, with beautiful antiques that created a unique and charming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy. Katia and Luciano were absolutely wonderful. They gave us so many great recommendations, took care of our group with such warmth, and even gave us rides when needed. Daily cleaning — something you rarely find with apartment rentals — was a pleasant surprise and made our stay feel like a true luxury. And the breakfasts Katia prepared… they were a form of art in themselves. Every preference was taken into account, and each morning felt like a curated experience. Aesthetics and care in every detail. 100 out of 100. We will definitely be coming back.

Francesco and Sara are very friendly and genuine. They welcomed us home and explained everything you needed to know for a pleasant visit to Venice and its surroundings. The house is a typical Venetian villa and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cigliegina on the cake at the end of the stay was a demonstration of one of his musical inventions; ask him to learn more. Highly recommended host for kindness and availability! Have you ever wanted to pretend you were an envoy to a fancy Venetian family's country house? You can! Please stay at Castello. it is PERFECT. The photos make it look like you are in the middle of nowhere, and while it's true you are staying in a private compound, there is a delightful village steps away with delicious restaurants, lovely bookstore, laundry facility, and more. Emmeliana was wonderful with recommending Ristorante La Rocca- very delicious pasta and wood fired pizza. we loved every bite! In the morning we scheduled a wine tour and Julio showed us the compound, explained the history, and brought wines for us to sample. it could not have been a better start to the day. the Prosecco is delicious of course, and is the biggest product they sell, but our favorite was the Baronessa Isabella--a true delight and marriage between the "angry" red and Chardonnay. Perfecto. don't be shy-there is bus service from Trevino or San Donna for only a few Euro. book today! we will return!!!

The spectacular accommodation. a beautiful place with a family environment and very accessible to Venice by train. Margarita un amor. Always willing to help in everything....even at our arrival we proposed to eat with her and her family. We felt at home. Highly recommended
