This is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and make yourself at home in beautiful Ventura. Enjoy ocean views and sunsets, beautiful, bright light, and a clean, minimal space somewhere between boho and mid-mod. Our hope is that you'll feel cozy and right at home.

Midtown Oasis

Our home is an awesome place to be, we've spent a lot of time making our house special and want to share it with you! Our home is always kept super clean and has very comfortable beds, couches, and outdoor furniture. We live in the middle of everything great Ventura has to offer, but on a very lightly traveled side street that is very quiet at night. We live very close to Ventura's beautiful beaches and right around the corner from some great restaurants and bars. Ventura Permit #: 2284.

Ventura Permit #2410 Start your day off right by enjoying a fresh cup of coffee on the patio swing while taking in the fresh ocean air. With just a short 3-block walk from the beginning of downtown, minutes to the beach, pier, fairgrounds, famous surf spots, and driving distance to Santa Barbara and Ojai, guests can truly choose their own adventure! After enjoying your day, come back to the patio and sip on some drinks by the fire, and finish the night on the plush memory foam mattress.

SUPER CUTE Bungalow + surf shack - Central Ventura

Discover Ventura! Our Adorable Blue Bungalow + surf shack sleeps 6 and is close to Ventura’s beaches and downtown. The house offers a full kitchen, fast internet, a fire ring in the yard, 2 bikes, and beach gear. Perfect spot for a quick getaway or making memories with family. Longer rentals also welcome. A short drive to Ojai, Oxnard, Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito, and Santa Barbara. Rent one, two, or all three Birdbath Bungalows depending on the size of your party. Each property features secure gates that can be locked for privacy or opened to share the space.

There are plenty of dining options/bars within walking distance, a convenient market and our favorite trendy coffee spot right across the street. Welcome to this charming, fully equipped studio cottage, with an expansive outdoor patio. There's a full kitchen, AC/heat, gas BBQ grill, and Queen sized bed with a new memory foam mattress and luxury linens. Head to the beach just over a mile away. Visit the Channel Islands National Park. Located in residential midtown Ventura it's a bit over 2 miles to vibrant Downtown Ventura and a short drive to Ojai and Santa Barbara.

The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.
