Barbara is an excellent host. Very personable, kind, considerate and provided a very lenient check out time which was helpful because I ended up getting sick. The resident cat, Maumau, made our stay even better. Maumau is the cutest, cuddliest, sweetest cat queen. It was very thoughtful for Barbara to provide tea, coffee eggs, snacks, and other drinks. We are very grateful for you and your husband, as well as Maumau. Look forward to coming back when I’m feeling better. Thank you ☺️

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

Very nice place. Troy was extremely helpful. He made videos of instructions, which make it easy to find the place and get around. It was one of the best places for our family vacation.

Perfect little place to stay while on business. Very nice to have a kitchen where we could make our own meals and not have to rely on eating out. Stocked with the right amenities, access to washer and dryer, and very clean! The beds are firm, which was a bit difficult form us personally, but that in no way will reduce my score and review of this quaint and perfectly located gem.

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

Sara's place was great, and served our needs very well. As others have said there is nothing special about the exterior of the house but that did not matter to us. Everything that mattered was fantastic - the house was very well designed, clean, and functional. The beds and the couch were very comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic (especially if you like to cook!), and the big back yard was a bonus. It proved to be a great place to stay with young kids. I had a wonderful stay! The location is peaceful. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

It was quite good stay with a pleasant location and surroundings

Amazing place!! Justin was so friendly and responsive, and he made check in/check out a breeze (and even provided flexible check out that was very helpful for my travel schedule). I also really appreciated how Justin worked so hard to resolve a little Internet issue ASAP and now the place has blazing fiber internet! The place was super well-equipped -- powerful washer/dryer, tons of detergent pods, huge coffee machine with ground coffee, super clean space, and shower with GREAT pressure. The heater worked well too for the night. Book this place -- I highly recommend it!!

Perfect location for my stay in Ventura, close to downtown and the water front. Amazing food close by, and having access to bikes was very convenient for my stay. Only downside was the upstairs neighbor is very heavy footed, and traffic noise is pretty loud, didn't bother me at all, but something to consider. Over all worth the price and location, I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Wonderful location. Extremely short and safe walk to the beach. House is extremely spacious and all eight of us could spread out In both indoor and outdoor living spaces. We were very happy with this place! Kids loved the upstairs recreation space.

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

This was a great place to use when I had additional family in town. Dave was responsive, helpful and very easy to work with.

Mo & Nessy were amazing hosts! The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Venice and Venice Canals, few blocks to the beach and Venice pier and close to verything. The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 1 month. Host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you want a true LA experience! Would definitely come back.

place was so nice and so clean, anything that we would’ve needed to use was also there!! clear intrusions on how to enter and such a cozy place overall :)
