Best location in the Harbor- It is a 40' boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! Our home is an awesome place to be, we've spent a lot of time making our house special and want to share it with you! Our home is always kept super clean and has very comfortable beds, couches, and outdoor furniture. We live in the middle of everything great Ventura has to offer, but on a very lightly traveled side street that is very quiet at night. We live very close to Ventura's beautiful beaches and right around the corner from some great restaurants and bars. Ventura Permit #: 2284.
