It is one of three located on a 90-acre forested property with multiple streams and hiking and is conveniently located a few feet from the Catamount Trail and up the road from the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. During the cold season, a propane heater is provided to keep the tent warm.

Right up the hill from willoughby lake Community grill, community water and electric for charging station. Hot water shower and restroom on site. Fire wood for sale and kayaks available for daily rental. There may also be other campers on the property, But always plenty of room for your own space! Everything on the property is for community use.

It's a 10 minute uphill walk from your car and we have a wagon available to transport your gear. We provide the tent, cots with insulated mattresses, water for the outdoor kitchen, and outhouse. Plenty of hiking and back-country skiing right outside the door. At the base of the driveway there is a popular river suitable for swimming and boating.
