Separate kitchen with corner bench, cozy living room with fireplace and TV, 2 bedrooms, covered outdoor seating area, garden, garage, car parking. Little traffic. Wi-Fi. Wonderful skiing, hiking and biking area with 120 km of slopes up to 2300 m, cross-country ski trails (300 m from the house), swimming lake (free), playgrounds, tennis.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

The upper floor offers another sleeping option for 2 people, shower/toilet and 2 balconies with beautiful views. Vella ski resort can be reached in 15 minutes by car. There is no PostBus to Surin!

The lake resort, indoor pool, wellness, children's ski lift, ice skating and many leisure activities are within walking distance. The ski resort can also be reached in a few minutes by shuttle bus or car. The area offers very special hiking and biking trails. The treetop trail is one of the newest attractions and starts in close proximity.
