Well located apartment in Laax!

The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Super located apartment with the most beautiful views of the mountains and the village center. Nothing was missing in the apartment. Very easy check in /out. Very close to the ski resort, shop (Volg, cheese factory) and various restaurants. We are considering booking again next year, because we felt very comfortable in the apartment. Thank you for the stay.

The place is just amazing. Everything is GREAT👍🏼. There is NOTHING that could be missing. There were six of us and we took a ski tour every day. Perfect starting point. After that we enjoyed the sunny garden with a barbecue sausage that we had bought from the surrounding farmers. Thank you again

We had a wonderful ski holiday in Jörg's apartment. The apartment is spacious and really with everything you need perfectly equipped (both in the kitchen and everywhere else!). After skiing, we could first let the evening sun shine in the face on the balcony and then let ourselves go well in the sauna, just brilliant. The ski bus stop is right outside the front door, and also by car it is only 4 minutes to the valley station of the gondola. Jörg always responded quickly and comprehensively, even with helpful tips. We will be super happy to come back!

Very nice vacation with fantastic views, a superbly equipped apartment and great weather. The cross-country ski trail is almost at your doorstep, the ski bus is 50 m from the house.

It was our first experience in Valle Lumnezia: WE WILL BE BACK! We'll definitely be back from Yvonne & Urs. Everything was perfect. From the time of booking, we received all the necessary directions; the apartment was in perfect condition, very clean, practical, super stocked, nothing was missing: in fact there were also many games that our children loved. Bathroom with bathtub, super equipped kitchen, pellett stove (very practical and really heated the entire apartment), 2 rooms with large closets available, living room and TV area (also with Netflix!!). In front of the house there were also comfortable parking lots (in addition to the garage that we didn't even use). What's more, we really felt right at home. The area is enchanting; the village of Lumbrein is beautiful. In 10 minutes you can reach the Vella where you have access to the ski slopes. The ski area of Obersaxen is fantastic. The apartment is wonderfully located. The view of the wide snowy meadow and the surrounding mountains is breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the large living room with the panoramic window and the spacious terrace. For our family holidays, the apartment was ideal and everyone enjoyed it. Lisette Müller kindly helped us and answered questions immediately. Thank you very much.

We were two families and loved the place, especially living room with a view and a lot of natural light, bathrooms, well arranged space and convinience of two parking places. The village is nice, bigger and more lively than one could guess from internet search, and the apartment location was great, within a relatively short walking distance to the ski lift, and there are easy and beautiful hikinng paths in two (opposite) directions.

The communication with Chantal was excellent. The "good fairy" was also very friendly and explored after our well-being if everything was good. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped. There's nothing missing, it even has a raclette and fondue caqlon. Dishwashing towels, terry towels and tourist brochures are also present. The boot dryers are brilliant. Only the ceiling height in the shower is uncomfortably deep. If you want to go skiing in winter without the car, unfortunately there is only one railway bus in the morning and in the evening only two, which I found to be a disadvantage. However, we were able to adjust well to it. Vis a vis is a warehouse, which was occupied during our stay. So it was occasionally loud in the evening, which did not bother us immensely. In the morning and afternoon, the ski bus was full due to the ski warehouse, but if the warehouse is not occupied, you would have the bus to yourself and it is then quiet. Conclusion: highly recommended

Beautiful apartment, functionally furnished, everything is present, plenty of kitchen utensils, etc... Terrace with magnificent views. Ideal for those who love the peace and mountains. As mentioned, you need to do some stairs to get in. The host responds very quickly and thinks constructively if a problem arises. We recommend this beautiful stay. Paul & Véronique

Lotti is a warm host. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and were happy about the little touches. The apartment has everything necessary and fit us very well. We will be happy to come back.

We spent a good week in Laax. The studio was very clean, friendly furnishings, within walking distance to bus stop, friendly location with good views . Anyway, the kitchen was very well appointed. Communication with Olivia went smoothly, we always had a helpful response soon. We would book this apartment again, thank you Jakub.

Jochen's penthouse apartment is bright and spacious and surprisingly quiet given its location close to the village centre and the ski lift. We loved it there and would hope to return sometime. We would highly recommend it.

A fantastic, sun-drenched apartment in a beautiful historic wooden house, in an authentic mountain village with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the mountains. There is ample space for four people. The stylish kitchen is the very heart of the apartment. The area is absolutely peaceful and tranquil. There is also a garden with fruit trees and a treehouse. The landlords who live in the same house on the upper floors are extraordinarily friendly, likeable and helpful, and there is also a child-friendly dog to play and pet. There is a lot to discover in the surrounding area in all seasons. We were there in late winter and enjoyed the proximity to three ski resorts.

It was a fantastic stay and Ronny was an awesome host. Would definitely stay again and can’t wait to come back.

The place was comfortable, cozy and clean. We felt completely comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality interior design and the tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Everything is in very good condition. The ski resort was quickly accessible on foot with the free post car at your doorstep. With the bread roll service we had a fresh breakfast every morning. Ronny also gave us tips, e.g. for the ski school for our daughter. We will be happy to come back!

A little temporary home – just wonderful! We felt really comfortable in the apartment from the first moment. Everything was sparkling clean, lovingly decorated and top modern. You can immediately see how much passion is in this apartment. The communication with Susanne was super warm and straightforward. Requests were responded to immediately. There was really nothing missing, and especially the kitchen is super equipped. In general, it was the perfect stay. Thank you for everything – we definitely recommend the apartment and would definitely come again!

Everything was good. Unfortunately it wasn't quite clean. Nevertheless, it was otherwise a great stay.
