The house is in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5 minute walk, the tram to downtown 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely surrounded by greenery and yet in the city. Good running trails nearby that start right in front of the house.
