You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

This villa is close to the Milfontes franchise beach and offers all the comfort and convenience you need. The main house has a spacious living room, with dining area, a bathroom, and an equipped kitchen. In the garden you can enjoy the pool and the separate house, which has one bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom. On the first floor, there is a private bathroom bedroom, and an open space with another double bed.
