Once we arrived on site, we were greeted with cordiality and friendliness. The apartment was to our liking from every point of view, regarding the cleanliness, decor and functionality of the utilities. During the stay we noticed that the service manager was attentive to our needs and worked to make sure they were all met. The apartment was located not far from Lecciona beach, I had a supermarket very close by and the area around the house was very quiet. There was everything inside the apartment, including very efficient air conditioning. Jacopo was always available and I really appreciated the response time to the questions. Surely if I return to Viareggio this apartment will be my first choice

Sibilla and Claudio, who speaks good English, welcomed us very nicely and took time to explain everything. Upon departure, they even got up extra early to say goodbye. The house is practically new, everything in the best condition and very clean. There was everything we needed, and the charging of our electric car worked. We felt very comfortable and like to come back!
