The apartment is only 300 meters from the middle station of the Kanzelbahn, is located on 1,500 m² in the Gerlitzen Alp hiking area and offers direct access to the hiking trails. The spacious, traditionally furnished apartment has a bedroom, a living room with cable TV and a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom. From the living room you can reach the terrace and garden with breathtaking views. Enjoy your breakfast in peace in the countryside, surrounded by the magnificent mountain panorama.

Family fun in this stylish home with private heated pool and in winter max 30 minutes from several ski resorts. Our vacation home is located at the bottom of the border triangle Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the good that these three countries offer. Our house has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated pool in late April to mid-October. In winter we have 2 lockers at the slopes exclusively for our guests.
