Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

On 55m² you will find a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a 20m² terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Alpe. The apartment is on the first mezzanine floor and has a bedroom, a living room, kitchen and bathroom / WC, a study with high quality single bed, but on the street side. Within 20-30 minutes you will find bathing, hiking and adventure possibilities.
