Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Villeneuve-d'Ascq

Julien's place is pleasant and well appointed with a peaceful environment. Julien is responsive and accommodating, he even offered to extend our stay by a few hours because it was not rented after us. The only small downside would be the comfort of the sofa bed. We are very pleased with our stay.

Sofian's house is truly uniquely beautiful and has its own charm! The modern, loving decor fits well with the historic building and is both functional and very tasteful. Staying here was a really great experience - and Sofian was an excellent host who was quick and easy to reach, as well as very friendly. Merci :)

Very nice and comfortable and welcome house , close to metro … Christopher was welcoming and quick to respond to any questions, and very helpful instruction inside the house. It’s their home , a real Airbnb that we felt at home ! . Great location, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Definitely will come back here !

We had a fantastic stay at this great property. The pool and the hot tub were great and the house is so spacious. We used it as a base to visit the WW1 sites in France and Belgium but all wished we had another day to just relax at the property. Thanks so much!

This is the second time we staying here. This place is great and perfect located for our visit in Mouscron.

Hugo showed us around his workshop. This house is a place steeped in history and Hugo tells it with passion. Very pleasant and carefully decorated apartment. Functional kitchen. Very comfortable bedding. The bedroom overlooks the back so little street noise. We are delighted with our stay. Hugo recommended a restaurant at the Mercado Negro that we really enjoyed. We'll be back!

Anne-Marie's apartment is very well located. In the heart of the city we did everything on foot. Cosy, nice, very convenient as a base for our days visits. Anne-Marie is very responsive and helpful.

Great short stay in a perfect location, very convenient for the beautiful old town of Lille, with restaurants and cafés on the doorstep. The underground parking was also very practical. François was a perfect host; always responsive and polite. Thanks for having us!

Great base to visit Lille. Cozily furnished cozy space. A bit noisy because you're in town, but we didn't mind.

Sophie is available in terms of communication and extreme kindness that is rare these days. The apartment is warm and with the essentials to have a good stay! We spent 5 nights there and it felt like home . It was quiet even if the room is on the busy street side! A big thank you to Sophie and I recommend the apartment without any worries . We had 2 very nice days in the apartment. Dorothée is very positive, correct, hospitable, extremely communicative and so smooth. We took our bikes with us which, just like the car, safely in a locked place Could stand. The sunny terrace at the apartment is also a great added value. Lille is very accessible by bike! Recommended. We definitely recommend this cozy stay!

Very nice apartment, clean, close to restaurants and train station to get to Lille in 5 minutes. Pros: Chloé is very responsive, ground floor with terrace/garden, private and secure parking right in front of the apartment or in the basement, to choose from

Large apartment, well-equipped, very nice. Two major assets: the parking space inside the residence, the proximity to the tram station. In addition, Nicolas is a really friendly host, very responsive and available. We will keep a great memory of this stay.
