Our stay was very special! After a strenuous journey, we were able to get into our house very easily. We were greeted very warmly and we felt immediately welcome and worry-free. The rooms were very cozy and full of love for detail. A mix of modern and home style with Swedish art. What I noticed particularly positively was the cleanliness and service thought. Everything was taken care of, fresh sheets, towels, shower gel and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, laundry facilities. For bad weather or fun evenings, there is a Wii room in the basement. Communicating with the hosts was easy, quick, and straightforward. We were able to communicate fluently in German and got nice insider excursion tips. Within walking distance there are beautiful walks through the woods. Unfortunately, our stay was far too short, but we will definitely come back to you :)

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Tobias house. It is a truly extraordinary experience to spend time in such a remote place. We could see the most beautiful starry nights and at days you could hear and see a lot of animals around the house. Nicole was quick replying, proactive and even brought us some of the eggs her hens laid and Tobias gave us a warm welcome even though we arrive pretty late at night. We had an altogether great time and would love to come back sometime.

Everything was wonderful. The house and garden are even bigger than it looks in the pictures. You just can't forget that it's a tourist attraction and a lot of people walk and take pictures in front of the house. But there is also a more private garden behind the house. We would come back any time.

If you are looking for the authentic 'Swedish idyll,' this is the place to be! The Torp is even more beautiful than the pictures and furnished with so much attention to detail. Tomaz and his family welcomed us warmly, provided us with plenty of information about the region and always had an open ear. We had a great week and felt very comfortable! A highlight was the joint BBQ by the campfire incl. baking bread and collecting wood with the kids. We recommend the place without reservation and will be happy to come back any time!

We stayed with Katja and Micha in Sweden paradise for a week with our two children! The location is beautifully quiet and idyllic between meadows and a forest where we could pick lots of blueberries. We had our own garden area with many fruit trees, a sandbox and hammock. There are chickens on the farm that we were allowed to feed regularly, the children could watch the mucking out and a trampoline was also available to us!The house was charmingly furnished, a real Swedish dream, very bright and friendly with many bouquets of flowers and little things for the children! We felt incredibly comfortable and welcome right from the start. From the vacation home, we visited Astrid Lindgren World, the katthulthof and the elk park in Vimmerby. We will gladly recommend the guest house and will be happy to come back!

Very good accommodation that matched the description well. The host was helpful and very easy to deal with. We highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back when we go to the ELF next time!

Very good place to stay in Mariannelund. Don't be irritated by the stairwell, this is a bit "old school". The apartment is wonderfully large and has everything it needs. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.

Our hosts were fantastic, friendly, and very welcoming. The apartment was perfect for 3 people. Comfortable beds and overall very nice apartment.

Anneli is a super nice landlady, gave great tips. Live like in the museum! Enchanted, enchanting garden, had breakfast outside every morning. Free WiFi, perfect for relaxing. Well located for all Astrid Lindgren activities.

The apartment is new and fresh in a quiet and quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and easily cycled to the city center and Astrid Lindgren's world. The host is very nice.

Great house in wonderful setting in the middle of the forest. Wonderful to relax and yet you could do a lot in the area. The wide view from the terrace, with its great seating options was beautiful. The house is huge, plenty of space although the main bathroom is a little small, yet everything there, very well equipped and clean. The host was always quick to respond to messages. If a pool is added at some point, it would be the perfect paradise :) but in about 15 minutes you can also reach a very nice swimming lake.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very spacious and you can easily stay there for a few days. Kalle welcomed us in a very friendly manner and helped us perfectly with all questions.

We rented two of their spaces for our family while we visited Astrid Lindgrens world. Family-friendly and wonderful accomodations.

Second year we stay at this home. So fresh and lovely that we can stay many people! Harry is very quick and accommodating in his communication. Will be back again!
