Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Beautiful place to spend a quiet weekend with friends, the owners were hospitable and always available for anything you needed, the house is tidy and clean, the view is beautiful. We'll be back.

Modern and comfortable with a very charming historical atmosphere. The fresh air and valley views are absolutely breathtaking . Walking distance to all the lovely restaurants and the gorgeous Duomo. We will be back !

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

We had the most exceptional stay in Bracciano. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of many attractions and the train station. David is a brilliant host who is very responsive, friendly and incredibly kind. David and Claudia made us feel at home and we appreciate everything about our stay. If I return to Bracciano, I hope to stay here again.

Beautiful villa in the countryside, very well maintained, beautiful garden that surrounds the house, very kind staff and present for any need.

Excellent place to relax after the long day out of the town. Peaceful neighborhood, few restaurants at walking distance. Short walk to the metro station. Very spacious with three large bedrooms and two large bad rooms. The place was spotless and kitchen is big enough for seven of us. Edoardo let us stay little longer after our flight was delayed. If you travel with large group or family this is the place for you.

We had the pleasure of staying at Gino’s property, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Gino and Lucilla welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. They provided a comprehensive introduction to the apartment. They consistently went above and beyond to assist us. He readily helped with our luggage, a kindness that made us feel both grateful and a tad self-conscious due to his unwavering attentiveness. Even upon our departure, Gino personally saw us off. The apartment itself was immaculate, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and care. One of its standout features is the expansive terrace, offering a serene space to relax and enjoy the Roman ambiance. Spanning 190 square meters, the apartment is both spacious and bathed in natural light, providing an airy and comfortable environment. The reality surpassed the already impressive online photos, leaving us pleasantly surprised and thoroughly satisfied.

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Claudia is very kind, polite and responsive. Comfortable house, with many comforts, clean and in a quiet area. private parking is extremely convenient, house equipped for all the necessary needs. Full, comfortable and equipped kitchen for everything you need. Nearby supermarkets, bars, and clubs, which allow the property to be very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing apartment in a great location. Situated in Northern Rome, it's close to excellent coffee places and restaurants. Also easy to travel around the city from the apartment. Maria was an excellent host. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay at Anna's place! The apartment was super clean and easy to enter with the keys in the entry box. It's very close to the bus station and several lines pass by. Anna was always attentive, recommended things to do, restaurants in the area and in Rome. Thank you Anna for opening the doors of your beautiful apartment for us!

I believe communication is a big key when choosing where to stay.  Federica is excellent and very quick to respond making her a great host.  She lovingly cares for her flat which is very clean and well equipped.  Although we only stayed one night, we appreciated the location.  Several restaurants are nearby and being so close to the local market made for fun sightseeing.  Staying local at Casa Dharma before a cruise is a great option.

We were hosted very well by Laura and Dario. They made our arrival time easy, arriving by train and bus. The apartment is well located to visit Rome by public transport (very convenient interurban train, air-conditioned and clean) They gave us all the tips for taking transport, good restaurants, supermarket etc... We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood to rest and the large apartment, well equipped, comfortable bedding, balconies , 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets ( we were 5) and shops 5 min walk away! ( supermarket, bakery, ice cream shop, pizzeria, coffee...) . We recommend it.

Nice clean, well-kept condominium with private pool and the sea a few steps away. The apartment is very nice with all the comforts including precious air conditioning...nice terrace with an ideal tent for lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

We loved the help the hostess gave us. As the trains were on strike, she found a local driver for us. The apartment was so nice and we found so many beautiful places to visit, local restaurants and churches.
