A wonderful little hidden gem on a wonderful island in a wonderful lake! Floriana's house was a perfect place to stay on Monte Isola, we liked it so much that we extended the stay over several weeks. The quietness on the island, the sound of the water directly in front of the house, the wind on the lake, the many options for walks all over the island, the beautiful olive groves, villages and churches - and all of it carfree. We definitely fell in love with the island and will be back more than once...Thank you very much for sharing this very special place, Floriana!

Great experience, very beautifully decorated house, lots of entertainment facilities, great care.If you have the opportunity, be sure to try the dinner prepared by the host in the garden, and then go to the hostess to see her small animals in the back of the hill.

We were once again able to spend a wonderful, romantic week at Villa Bianci. Once again, it was a homecoming in a wonderful picturesque atmosphere. To a well-maintained, extensive park with magnificent lake views. Angela had surprised us again to immerse ourselves in the melody of the house with culinary delights. Thanks Angela. With a group of ten people we had a fantastic stay at the beautiful authentic villa. The house has all the comforts and clean. Cristina is a super host who was available for questions both before and during the stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ceasar and neighbor Timo was always available for questions. The only point of attention is that you are awakened every morning at 7 a.m. by the bells of the (also beautiful) church next to the villa. On Sunday morning, however, there was a beautiful church song opposite, which we enjoyed from the lovely swimming pool.

We were 8 friends staying in this fabulous villa to discover Milan. Located 30 minutes from Milan and 30 minutes from Lake Como, it was the right compromise for us, if you have a vehicle. The accommodation was as pictured, perfectly as described. The instructions were very well explained for self-check-in, very easy to access. Parking is available in the underground garage. The interior is very spacious, ideal for large groups/families. The house was clean and all the amenities listed were present and functional. The setting is very peaceful, no noise from the neighborhood, very little traffic on the road, with the park in front of the house. And the hosts were very responsive by message for any questions. Thank you for the easy access, this beautiful well-maintained house, for your responsiveness and kindness. And for all these reasons mentioned, I highly recommend this listing. Daniel was very responsive and clear from the start. Although the villa wasn’t perfectly clean on arrival, we vacuumed the place, and he quickly refunded us. At checkout, he even sent someone to help with our heavy luggage, which we really appreciated. The view was spectacular; we barely left the house during our stay. Such a beautiful place very airy extremely clean extremely helpful host I couldn’t have asked for more. We are a team of designers that were staying at the property for Milan design week and I have to say the Properties photos online don’t do justice for the place when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the property was definitely five stars for this property and I am definitely staying there next year with my full team again

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

The house was perfect for a weekend break for 10 friends. There was so much space, lots of bathrooms and a lovely garden - so amazing to find a big family house so close to the city centre. We walked to most places but the nearest metro was about 3 mins walk with others within 10 mins. We also used the trams and hired scooters - all really easy. Supermarket was only a couple of blocks away too. Andrea was brilliant through all the communications, recommended restaurants, and met us at check in to show us around. This was a great base for seeing Milan, and for a group of friends who go away for a weekend every year. Highly recommended.

we stayed in 10 guys for New Year's Eve , the house is spacious and cozy. House clean and equipped with every comfort. The host and collaborators were extremely kind and helpful.

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

my family and I had a fantastic 10 days at the villa, enjoying the amazing pool, which was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The villa was spacious with all the amenities. We were given plenty of helpful local recommendations and any questions asked were promptly answered. A great place to stay.

Fabrizio's house is fantastic. It is located in a typical Italian countryside environment. The view is great, the pool is wonderful, huge terraces ensured undisturbed conversations. The house is very well equipped and luckily there is air conditioning everywhere. Fabrizio is a super host and his house is ideal for larger families or groups of friends who want to relax.

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

We stayed for three nights in Sebastian's beautiful house and highly recommend it! Everything was as described and the view is even more beautiful than in the photos. Communication was great. Everything is great!!
