The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building in Sedlec-Prčice, near the Monínec ski resort. It is fully equipped with a kitchenette, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Right in the building it is possible to try 3D printing in the workshop of the owners of the building. Possibility to arrange meals. Parking is possible in a shared garden. Possibility to use part of the garden intended for guests. It is not possible to bring pets to this apartment. From the bedroom there is a view of Prčice Castle.

The building has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house is ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends. Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.
