Nous sommes situés à 400 m de la forêt de Clairmarais dans un secteur calme. Des vélos sont à votre disposition gratuitement. Vous bénéficiez d'une terrasse et d'un coin repas mais pas de cuisine. Il y a un frigo pour les hôtes dans le garage à côté du studio.Nous vous proposons avec supplément des planches apéritives.

Le studio Emmanuelle est un logement en rez de chaussée qui offre un coin cuisine espace repas et salon. Tout le materiel néssaire pour cuisiner : plaque de cuisson, refrigerateur, congelateur, micro onde. Lave linge. Une banquette permet à une personne de dormir en bas. Accès à l'étage vers la chambre, salle de bain, toilettes. Terrasse et salon de jardin. Parking sur place. Lieu calme et isolé, permettant le repos. Une participation pour le chauffage est demandée l'hiver.

Spacious old house completely renovated and located in a charming Flemish village where you will find local shops on foot (5 minutes), bakery, convenient store with a good butcher shop, pharmacy, press house, post office... Parking is free in front of the house or on the street. You can access from the back to a pedestrian area to get to the stadium or the center of the village. Bollezeele is located 15 minutes from ST OMER, 30 minutes from DUNKIRK, 15 minutes from Cassel.

Enjoy the garden and the view of the pond (you cannot access the pond which is private). Due to hygiene reasons, no pets are allowed. 4 km from Belgium, 30 km from Dunkirk and the beach, 55 km from Lille, you can easily access many cultural sites and attractions. It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find their own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to large trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristy sites. On request, breakfast: 10 euros/person.
