Kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burner hob (2021), extractor hood, combi oven (2021), kettle, 2 x coffee maker, toaster, crockery. The completely new bathroom has a toilet and rain shower.

There is a children's playground and wave pool. Within walking distance are the other facilities restaurants, bowling, etc.
