The building is the main entrance gate from the historical centre of the historic zone of Třebíč – Karlovo náměstí, through the exceptionally sensitively reconstructed court wing of the hotel on the embankment of the river Jihlava, to the newly built footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists, which leads directly to the centre of the Jewish town and further to the castle area of Třebíč with the Basilica of St. Prokop.

A luxury lodge built around 1920 is now for rent in a closed English castle park from 1834, offering absolute privacy and tranquility. The park is only for the guests of the premises. 10x5 saltwater pool. Private tour of the castle and stay in the castle interiors possible by agreement, at any time during the stay.

Kašparův mlýn is located in the magical valley of the Rokytná River in the nature park of the same name, on the border of the Znojmo and Třebíč districts. It is an original historical building, renovated as a recreational property. We rent 6 rooms (see stalls) with kitchenette and communal room with fireplace, sauna, gym with table tennis, bicycle storage in the lobby. In front of the windmill is a large fire pit and laundry room with a variety of barbecues.

Our villa has a heated barrel for a fee of 1700 CZK (1x), sauna, bar and 3x6 meters large pool, which can be used in winter for cold baths after sauna use. It is also possible to use a beer tap, for a fee of CZK 500, a keg of beer can be arranged. Only 5 minutes walk from the villa is the historic center of Pelhřimov and yet the house is surrounded by nature, which offers our guests privacy and a romantic atmosphere in close proximity to the river.
